Due to sanitary and hygiene concerns, Brazilian Queen Eyelashes sales are final. If you have any problems with your purchase, please send us an email to hello@brazilianqueenhair.com

 

How can I return my Hair Extensions?

You can only return your product if the following is true:

 

A) The product was purchased within 15 days, is in its original packaging, and remains in a condition that can be sold again. The product must be new, unworn, and unaltered.  Products showing signs of obvious wear, missing parts of a set, smell, or not in its original packaging, will be immediately rejected. Hair bundles cannot be detached from the packaging tray or unraveled.

B) The product is determined defective.  Please send us a photo of the damage by email to hello@brazilianqueenhair.com before returning the product by mail. Upon inspection, the product is determined defective by the Brazilian Queen staff within 15 days of purchase. The email must contain the date of purchase and receipt number.

Refunds and exchanges may take up to 2 weeks.
